Description: This charming heart shaped cameo by costume jewelry designer Lawrence Vrba depicts lovers from a byegone era about to engage in a kiss. The faux-stone cameo is surrounded by rhinestones. The cameo doesn't seem to fit the heart surround as well as you'd expect, but I see no damage that has caused this: it appears to have been made this way. Lawrence Vrba began making jewelry for Miriam Haskell in the 1960s and apparently is still making it. I cannot date this item but it was from an estate so I believe it has some age on it.
