I believe that she is "The Mermaid of Warsaw." (Poland.) The undersides of the cups are marked, "SHENANGO CHINA - U.S.A." I don't know much about them, I was unable to find any other examples in my online searching. Both are in EXCELLENT condition, with only minor wear. No chips or cracks.
