In our opinion, based on the provenance and style, this is an early '90s piece. Very good vintage condition. Super clean. The only signs of age we noticed are the imprint left by the buttons on the velvet behind them. Cotton velvet is in great condition in our opinion. The few white specs that appear in some pics are not visible in real life but inevitable when photographing black velvet close-up, as the camera will detect the tiniest spec on this fabric / color. Fully lined, no shoulder pads. Three front pockets.
