Description: ** Vintage RARE Folk Art Sharon Andrews Halloween Black Cat Chester Smile 17.5" Tall Figure **It is gently used and in nice vintage shape with just some normal use wear (see pictures). I believe it is made by Sharon Andrews, but there is no logo or tag on it. It stands about 17.5 inches tall to the top of the cat's ears and the base has a diameter of about 6.75 inches (see pictures). This is a contemporary piece designed and made to have an old and primitive folk art style. As such, you will see some distress and wear that is part of the artistic design. It seems to be a mix of various materials, with the cat head appearing to be a paper mache or resin material, while the body is a plush stuffing and fabric. There is some wear to the star points and the stick fits in a hole on the base (see pictures). The bottom of the base has some scratches and an old price sticker (see pictures). You get exactly what is pictured.
