The cage is designed to clip to the grove area of the bottle as seen in photos. The cage is made of metal and chrome so there is some corrosion to the metal as seen in photos. It also came with that rainbow color velcro strap. The lid is slightly different color to the light blue bottle, but the inside is also the same color. The pull up and down part is loose, not sure how it was designed, but stands up tightly and then you push it down .
