Metal. Made in England by the Peek Frean & Co, Ltd. Biscuit Manufacturers. Rare, not sure what year it's from. It's in great condition, only minimal wear. See pics. Just some rubbing spots from the lid. Doesn't affect the esthetics. No dents or rust. Very clean inside tin and lid. Would be a great addition to your collection.
