Description: Today I am offering this fabulous vintage Peanuts Malina Latch Hook Rug/Wall Hanging Kit. This one features Charlie Brown's dog Snoopy in a Santa hat reveling in the falling snow while halfway inside a brick chimney. It's titled "Down the Chimney" and is Style #26/19. This Christmas craft kit was made in the USA. The approximate finished size is 18"x24". It contains the full color design printed on cotton-poly canvas, precut yarn, and illustrated instructions. Latch hook is not included. It is in brand new, factory shrink-wrapped sealed condition. I'm not sure how old it is. It doesn't have a bar code. So probably 1970s. The 1958 date on the box refers to the date Peanuts was incorporated. There is only very minimal wear to the box. Some minor creases and dents. A small hole in the shrink-wrap plastic on the front is depicted in the last picture. Please review all the pictures as they are an integral part of the description. There is not another one like this on eBay. I only found one depicted in a collection on the internet, but it was not for sale.
