Original 1963 Made Vintage branch off of the famous X-Ray Specs, X-ray Spex (toy X ray vision goggles) these are the follow up to, called SHINER SPECS. Suppose to look like a swollen eye when worn. These are extremely rare. The original X-Ray Specs from the 60's are extremely rare to find on the card also, but these are more rare and you never see this come up for auction. I couldn't even find another pair on Google for sale or sold or in a collection. Just 1 photo on a Novelty forum had a pic of these. You'll never find another one of these on the card I promise you.
