I live in Canada and have sourced otherNorthern Sun parkas and have never come across another one like it in this condition. I could not find any rips, holes or tears. There may be something minor that you discover but it was not evident to my eye in ourwarehouse lighting.I did notice a neck hanging loop inside the neck of the parka that has come untacked on one sideThe large brand label has also come untacked around its edge The parka is fully lined with a quilted fabric lining that is filled with Polyester filling. There are several pieces of threadthat may be hanging in spots from the lining. I have clipped many but may have missed some The bottom of each sleeve has an inner stretch cuff and they both look very pristine and there is no wear on the fabric bottom of each sleeve The fur hood lining is real and is perfectly intact and nice and cleanThere is some wear on the plastic toggles on each hood string Zipper is YKK and functions perfectlyBoth pockets are lined with no rips or holes-slight discoloration in spots on lining The deer appliques on front and back look great with a touch of surface fuzziness or wear.Front lower right deer seems to be missing a little piece of felt from its rump area This is a wonderful piece for some lucky person!
