Description: This offering is for a pair of ashtrays bearing the comedy and tragedy stage drama masks, and a candy bowl that matches but could stand on its own. The ashtrays have some chips in the edges (see photos); the candy dish is in excellent, like-new condition. Each ashtray measures about 5 in long by 4 in wide. The candy bowl measures about 7 in by 5 in. Every piece is formed into a graceful "swish" shape. The ashtrays have no back stamps but the bowl does: "Marcia of Calif. M 38". The aqua-blue glossy glaze is accurate to the period. Hand washing is recommended to preserve the integrity and beauty of these pieces.
