They are made to decorate standard Christmas tree mini lights. You push the light bulb end up through the center hole and the light reflects across the starburst. Gives an Attic mid century look to any Christmas tree or anywhere you hang a strand of regular size Christmas lights. 3 colors- red, royal blue, green. 6 of each color. Pre- owned very good used condition. Slight surface wear, but all intact, no broken points. 2.5" tall, 1.75" wide, 1.75" deep.
