Description: VTG MCM 1950s Hand painted Ceramic Spaniel Dog 7" Valet Dresser Caddy. OMG Is he not the cutest little guy ever !!! He is such a Good Boy! This guy is from the 1950's - when everyone needed a little class on their dresser to keep themselves organized. He is a Spaniel dog obviously with his long wavy ears and he's here to help you keep your pocket change and wallet in one place so you're not wasting time in the morning searching for it. Very nice piece of vintage hand painted pottery, the dog himself has black, white & greys, he's holding yellow baskets and has the most adorable face ! Thumbs up to the artisan that painted him for sure. He has no chips or cracks but he does have some pottery glazing hazing in the areas where he holds your wallet and change, but that is just a natural occurrence of pottery over years. This guy has a purpose for someone at one point, I found him buried in boxes and now it's his time again to have a purpose and be useful again.
