Description: Vintage Korean War era Air Force overcoat parka with Pile lining is in excellent condition. Medium size with date of 30 June 1951. There are some minor stains and wear that are minimal considering it is 70 years old. Air Force Proving Ground Command logo patch on both sleeves and Proving Ground Command tab on one sleeve. A meritorious unit 4th award (2 years) patch is on the right sleeve and a first Sergeant patch on each sleeve. Zipper and buttons are in good condition, but there is 1 snap button missing from the inner liner. Tie cord around hood and the belt are also in great condition. Size label is clear and readable. Compared to many that are currently available online, this is one of the best quality jackets available.
