The set includes a masher, a fork, a spreader or frosting knife, a solid serving spoon, a slotted spatula and a ladle. The ladle is marked Catalina. They are made of durable stainless steel. 2 of them have plastic black composite handles (The fork & the spatula) and the four others are the riveted black handles. In excellent condition, solid and nice! 2. Serving or carving fork is 2 tines and very solid. Marked Ekco USA. This one has the plastic handle,. no melt marks. 3. Cake spatula Marked Stainless Ekco Forge Steel Cake spreader style spatula is thinner construction and flexible. Small crack in handle but just on the surface. still very solid 4. Serving Spoon marked Stainless Ekco Forge Steel, also has a crack in the handle between the two rivets. Still very usable and sold 5. Slotted Spatula Marked Ekco U.S.A. plastic handle has some melt marks on the back and the metal isn't as nice as on the others. Some wear and rust... 6. Large Ladle marked "Catalina" Stainless Steel Riveted handle with no issues. Not Ekco I don't think.
