Description: Vintage leather covered MCM in and out file tray or box was made by Elsane Leather Products. The tray is 14x10x2 1/2 inches. Felt backing on bottom. There is a separate piece that looks like a lid which fits inside the tray. A paper weight of some sort? Perhaps it is a lid that went to a box? Both matching pieces are bound in leather and have gold embossed Greek Key Hole designs that run along the edges. The “lid” looks like something was glued to the underside. Both pieces are in very good condition. I found a file tray just like this one made new for $355.
