Regarding condition, the top has three crumb sized holes. The bottoms have a few minor pulls, though they really don't stand out. See last few pictures. The last picture is of the runs in the shorts. I held them up to the light so you can see the runs. Original size was 13, but they fit like a contemporary size small.
