Vintage fit is broader in the chest/body compared to the shoulders. Tagged a size 42R, it measures 19" across shoulders, 24.5" across chest at underarms, 42.5" long from center back collar base to hem, and 26" from shoulder to cuff. 15.25" center back vent.
