Description: I would imagine that this tiny antique slightly puffy heart pendant on a 15 inch gold filled chain was made for a child. It is NOT a locket. The heart is a mere 1/2 inch and note that the spring lock is attached to the loop on the heart although the heart could be moved directly to the chain with an additional loop. The condition is very good. Might even be nice for a bigger antique doll.
