Description: This two handled serving plate has a hand painted scene of a cabin on a lake at sunset with a swan on the lake. Multiple beautiful colors used. The two pierced handles are in gold trim. The gold is somewhat faded. Hand painted in Japan. The back is marked Chikaramachi, this is a vintage piece and is in good shape. No cracks, chips, crazing. There are some bumps in the ceramic under the paint which is typical for this style. Width from handle to handle is app 9 3/4 inches Diameter 9 1/4 inches Please see detailed photos to help you determine what condition you find the plate to be in.
