Description: Vintage Ceramic Cookie Jar Biscuit Container Ice Bucket Made in Japan. Shaped like an old sake barrel with a cherry blossom branch decoration on lid. In very good condition. No cracks or breaks on the outer surface. Some minor crazing, particularly among the white areas of the container inside and on the underside. There is some staining of the unglazed rims. There is a broken chip that has been glued back on on the inner lip of the opening.
