Description: Up for your consideration is a vintage 70s Burlington Hawkeye green woven picnic basket. The set includes pie shelf (see photos for imperfections), 4 plates, 4 water/kool-aid cups, 4 coffee cups, salt and pepper shakers, 4 spoons & forks (thin metal) and 2 can koozies with a mini can opener that don’t appear to be original to the set but do seem to be from the 70s. The basket shows minimal signs of wear for its age but it’s not perfect new old stock. Condition issues: Besides minor wear and tear that would be typical for a piece of its age, the pie shelf veneer surface is bubbled on the pie shelf and the metal hooks are tarnished as are the hinges on the basket. The coffee cups and salt and pepper shakers are a mismatched color from the rest of the set. While the whole set is in pretty nice condition, if you require new/old stock condition, this set will fall short of those requirements. All defects are shown close up in the pictures. Please look over the photos and keep condition issues in mind when bidding. Overall this set is in better condition than most and would be ready for duty on the days you receive it.
