Yellow gold-plated alloy. 1970-1980's era. Preowned. Handmade by people with disabilities who were professionally trained. Never signed but was originally sold with a tag/box. Construction, materials, and design easily identify the company. Made in Indiana and in business from the early 1950s to the 1990s. Jewelry was never sold in stores.
