It does have a couple of small stains on the back and a couple of faint ones on the front - all should Woolite soak out - will leave to you. I am not a sewer or quilter but I believe it to be machine stitched. It measures approximately 88" x 78". It is heavy weighing right at a little over 4 pounds unpacked. It is sold as shown, as is, so, please ask questions. Pretty cool! If it is stated in the description that an item is sold as is, it is just that, so, please always ask questions. All items I sell are either vintage or antique, so, there may be some less than perfect condition factor. Please note that I will state if the item is in excellent or mint condition.
