Description: Audel's Carpenter books are in good condition - very good for their age. the covers are worn and faded but the bindings are secure. pages are clean and free of markings and dog ears. pages are not brittle. there is a slight tear along the spine of #3 Audel's Refrigeration & Air Conditioning guide appears to be a 1957 printing in excellent condition. the stamped and painted spine is vibrant with very little wear. its stained red page ends are only lightly faded with a a small smudge on the bottom. the binding mesh is just slightly exposed at the rear inside cover however the pages are well bound with no tears or dog ears. The Carpenter magazine is fragile. pages are brittle and cover is beginning to fall off. it is stained and corners are dog eared and worn. Aside from its fragility its contents are intact and are a rare look into the trade skills from over 100 years ago. please see photos I love to rescue vintage items, especially books, and help them find their forever homes.
