Description: This vintage Elgin Lady Elgin wristwatch is a true gem of the Art Deco era. Crafted with a beautiful gold-filled band and case, the watch features a stunning gold bezel and a timeless analog display. With a mechanical (manual) movement and 17 jewels, this watch was manufactured in the United States. This Elgin Lady Elgin model is in working condition and comes in its original box, although there are no papers, service records, or manual/booklet included. The watch is designed for women and will make a perfect addition to any collection. Watch works when wound, I have no idea when it was serviced last. While observing the watch for 6 hours it did loose a little over a minute. The stem is hard to pull out, but one pulled out the hands move freely. When you look at the watch from different angles the hour and minute hand look blue but in a different angle look black. The watch is in used condition as with its age there are some scratches on the case and crystal. The band clasp is different than any that I’ve seen but appears to fasten ok.
