Fastens on side with zipper and button. Higher waist. Steampunk, Gothic, Victorian, Boho, Cottagecore, Prairie, Holiday Made in Hong Kong of 100% cotton velveteen. Dry Clean only. Marked as a vintage size 10. See measurements for more information. Measurements are usually taken while garment is laid flat on surface.............then measurements are doubled for chest, waist and hips. That is the GARMENT measurement...not your measurement. Waist 25" Length from waist to hem 39" Hips 38" ~Very Good to Excellent Vintage Condition~ Slight wear to velveteen in lower front.
