They are made by skilled artists in small villages in the Southern Mexico State of Oaxaca. This salamander is a one-of-a-kind piece of art, there is no other one that is exactly the same. A creative and fun addition to any home. It measures 11 /12” long, 5” wide and 4” high. In very good vintage condition. It has three small chips, two on the legs and one on the tail.
