The item is from a family collection and the likely owner was active as an interior decorator early in the century so pre-1920s may be accurate. Also, women in the images don't look like "flappers" of the 1920s. 'Neat little booklet. Prices are quite interesting - shows very well the inflation of our money in the last 100 years.
