Description: VTG A. Belcari Dear Arnart Capodimonte Figurine Couple & Snowmen 1985. Not sure if there is damage on the end of her scarf, rough area at end, possible chip. There is a small chip on the back of the man's coat (on belt). These pieces are listed elsewhere as porcelain, but I am unsure of the composition.
