Description: This vintage circa 1950s blue green Eilat stone brooch doubles as a pendant. It features an intricate metal design with faux pearls around the cabuchon style stone. The metal work is sterling silver with a light gold wash. The back of the brooch is marked "925" and "Israel". The pin is in very good preowned vintage condition though there are a few signs of wear on the metal work and the varnish on the stone itself. Please review the photos carefully to determine condition. The Eilat gemstone is a blend of copper minerals like malachite, chrysocolla, azurite, and turquoise, resulting in its distinctive blue-green hues. It's the national stone of Israel and is also known as the King Solomon Stone. The brooch/pendant measures about 1.5 inches by 2.5 inches. Please review all pictures carefully as they are part of the description. Comes in a gift box. All sales are final. Thank you for viewing.
