Missing is the original plastic bag the tray would have been in, perhaps someone tested an ice cube on it? Box is VERY beat up with age, but does not affect the item. Tray does not appear to have been used at all, maybe just unwrapped? Tray dimensions -- 13¾" x 7⅞".No electricity - no chemicals - no batteries - no microwave! I literally swear by this thing -- it does exactly what it claims to do, and has really saved me when I have forgotten to thaw something earlier. I honestly believe it is one of the few "As Seen On TV" products that performs like advertised. It has been a staple in my kitchen since it first came out and it has definitely taken a beating.
