Description: Here we have an authentic vintage promotional program for the 1948 film Hamlet, produced and directed by Laurence Olivier, with Jean Simmons as Ophelia. A wonderful chronicle of the play and what went into the film production which won an Oscar for Olivier's performance. This program is very fresh and clean, and in overall excellent very-vintage condition, with dog-ear to upper left corner throughout, and very light surface and edge wear. No other issues -- no writing, tears, holes, marks, stains, etc. Rest assured that we will do all we can to ensure that your piece of ephemera arrives exactly as presented in our photos. We invest time and appropriate materials into shipping all of our ephemera. Most pieces are sent in envelopes that are sandwiched between cardboard before being sent as Priority or first-class parcels in non-bendable mailers, which ship at rates much higher than first-class letters. We never toss our ephemera into thin stationery envelopes with forever stamps stuck to them expecting the USPS to deliver them to you with great care. We consider funky odors (cigarette smoke, mildew, etc) to be an important part of a condition report.
