Interior pages show clean/smooth, creamy-white, with bold black typeset and good preservation of B&W photographs/images/illustrations; light wear/heavy tanning. Staple binding remains intact/secure and square-in-hand. There are no excessive nicks, chips, rips, tears, perforations, stains, residue or repairs. The brochure measures approx 4" x 9".
