Description: Built this header for my 242 and ended up going out of my specs to fit in the engine bay. THIS WILL NOT FIT A 240. This physically fits in a 740 bay as shown (assuming 940 aswell?) I welded this up myself, stainless steel weld elbows, 308 filler metal and a steel flange welded with 309. 1.5" and sch 40 (if I recall correctly) t3t4 flange, some holes will need to be tapped or drill thru it and nut/bolt it. Turbo sits high as shown, might have to cut your hood I'm not sure. This was in a parts car, I didn't have a turbo at the time to mount to it. If you have any questions let me know and I'll try to answer them. I no longer have the parts car but I can get more pictures of the header if needed.
