It's somewhat confusing to someone who is used to working with printed patterns, but an experienced seamstress should be able to understand how to use this vintage pattern system. The envelope, sewing guide, and pattern pieces are all yellowed with age. The envelope is worn with a 1" tear. One pattern piece, for the interfacing, is missing. That piece could be improvised as it duplicates the facing, with an extension along the shoulder. The pattern pieces are somewhat crinkled and should probably be ironed before use, with the lowest iron setting that will smooth the paper. Please ask any questions before buying.
