Description: Round, full, container of Quality brand Cream Tartar spice tin, made with heavy cardboard sides and tin top and bottom. This is the 2 ounce size, measuring 1 1/2" in diameter and 3" tall. Made by the National Tea Co., Chicago. Later in its existance, National Tea adopted a different logo for its spice tins-it wrote its name NaTco and used grey and red colors on its tins. My guess is that this tin is from the 1930's. National used several different types of tops on its spices and this one is the round pry off (rather than the spin open and pour type). As you can see from my photos, the original top is in place. Front and back have the same design. A few minor stains but overall extremely nice condition. Will combine shipping with other items. From a pet free and smoke free home-the tin has no odor.
