This is much darker shade of brown that best represents tracks in active service. Use it as a wash or glaze with Alkyd or ENML 2.0 binders and wipe the excess out so that most of the color remains in recesses only. The result will be very authentic tracks with dark accent without the excess rust. Meant to be used on dark steel acrylic base.
