Description: the iconic ribbon skirt by Vivienne Tam, from the late 90s.made of 2 identical layers of printed, soft mesh, and the outer layer is cut vertically between the different "panels" in the print, into strips.there's also a few matching turquoise and salmon colored grosgrain ribbons that peak out between the layers.it is fully lined in a soft, stretchy nylon knit. gorgeous skirt, gorgeous quality. you'll love it. in excellent, like new condition. only flaw is a small cut on the care tag, which isn't visible when worn. MEASUREMENTS: stretchy!28 to 35" waist.35 to 42" hips.just under 25" long.it is labeled size 2, but i wear a size 2 and it is way too big for me (only reason i'd get rid of it).i think this is because when this was made, it was fashionable to wear skirts really low on the hips, so, yes, if you're a size 2 it'll fit, but it'll just sit low, at the hip bones. if you're a size small or medium or even a large, it can still fit, just higher up on the waist.
