Description: Stoddards Bakery in Lowell Ma was known to me for "The Twins" Black Moons. Although they had a bakery location, you could buy the Twins at some local variety stores in the Merrimack Valley. The little cakes came packaged two to a pack; they were on a little white cardboard sleeve with clear cellophane wrapping. These were the most delicious black moons I've ever had. Of course, that could be my memory wishing so, but I don't think so.
