Book has never been read. It’s square and tight, no stains no graffiti inside. It is unfortunate the cover suffered what appears to be the removal of a sellers sticker ( a practice that needs to outlawed) and in the process of removing said sticker a teeny tiny bit of cover went with it. (See photos) This edition has b&w photographs within. The man made some epic blunders early on in his political and Military career that should have ended his name from the history books, but not Churchill. This man had a destiny and a will that was infectious and it was that will to fight and not to cower gave purpose to those early American flyers eager to get into the fight. Both grandfathers fought with the Brits and say what you will but those men and women had true grit never once backing down from a fight and both were proud to serve along side.
