The heads are made of rubber and have a light complexion. These gender-neutral heads are perfect for Halloween or any other occasion. The dolls are original in there original packages. and were manufactured in Hong Kong in the 1970s. They are made of plastic and rubber materials and are perfect for collectors, crafters ,Halloween crafts, Party Favors., and numerous other things you could make or do with them. They are New Old Stock. They have been in storage from an old craft shop that closed in the 80s. I took additional photos of a pack that I opened to get detailed photos so you get an idea what they look like out of the package. The Four bags you are buying are sealed.
