Description: International bidders welcome. Hello, you are bidding on a very early Zellique Glass Studio bird with iridescent wings. The studio was opened by Joseph Morel in 1980, and the bird became one of his signature designs. This bird has soft frosted clear glass for its body and lovely multi shaded blue iridescent wings. It is in excellent condition and is signed on the bottom, Zellique Studio, Feb.1982. The bird is plump and sweet, a lovely piece from Zellique's earliest times. Please check my photos for the coloration and the iridizing of the wings. I have a close up of the quirky tail, which is intact and smooth on all edging. It just has an indiviualized shape as all birds would have. Please check my other listings in my store of beautiful glass paperweights and fine china and other items to save on shipping. Thank you for looking in and happy bidding.
