Description: This is a RARE find! As you probably know, the vast majority of GOB sweaters were issued to US Navy personnel. This came from the estate of a career Army that served in World War Two into the Vietnam era. It has an obvious hole in the front that I made no attempt to repair or conceal. There is some pilling. The wool is still soft to the touch. This is a GREAT candidate for restoration. It measures approximately 21 inches from armpit to armpit. It measures 24 inches from the shoulder to the bottom hem. It measures about 32 inches from the center of the upper back to the end of the arm.
