It is complete with original string and looks like it has had hardly any use. It measures 31cm high x 22cm wide x 4cm deep. It has a few small surface marks, otherwise all in genuine vintage condition. This rare item would probably have been used on the home front / allotments / by land girls / government officials, etc This would make a great addition to any WW2 collection or simply used in any garden today.
