These were made by 'The Woodwind Co.', although they are not actually marked as such. It is stamped 'Steel Ebonite", which was their term for hard rubber. This would be a 'NEW YORK', era WWco. piece, the most desirable period for this manufacturer. This one has a K5 facing (stamped on the top). The tip opening measures .064". It has flat, slightly undercut, inner side walls. The chamber looks like an upright rectangle with an arched top. This mouthpiece is in very good used condition. The tip, table, and rails are perfectly smooth, and original. There are no tooth gouges on the beak. There are just a few small/light scratches on the exterior. The rubber shows minor fading/discoloration, but the logo/markings are clear. This mouthpiece has been cleaned/sanitized. Please feel free to email me with any questions. Thanks again for looking!
