Description: This vintage wooden boat was surely a loved play item. It is 13" long and almost 4" wide at the widest point. It has two wooden seats and little brass oar locks (no oars). The wooden seats are removable. It is missing the rudder, but this also means it is able to sit flat on a shelf or table. The boat is flat bottomed and stained brown with a green painted stripe for a water line. This little boat was used to display Native American dolls, but it could also be used to display small bisque dolls fishing or any number of items, even antique fishing lures. There are the usual scratches and bumps that come with an aging play item, but this boat has character! Thank you for looking. This item comes from a non-smoking home with no pets.
