Description: Nice solid wood tread holder... i think it needs stain or a varnish ... whoever made it sealed a crack or split on the back it does not go all the way through and definitely not in danger of running. There's a spot on the front that looks lighter.. in the middle it's visible in the pictures. But this is a really nice thread holder that will last years to come. My home is a pet friendly home ( cats and a dog) although I try to lint brush and get any animal fur off some may escape my detection. So if your allergic or just don’t like pet hair please don’t purchase. I do burn incense and essential oils. I go over every item searching for flaws and or defects and will always point them out in both pictures ( if it can be photographed) & description, however I am human .. and far from perfect, I strive to make all my customers happy if a problem arises please contact me!
