Inside the figure is stamped WINDRIDGE HOUSE SURREY, B.C. CANADA. Chips exist on he rim of the hat and very tip, but otherwise in decent conditon. Remnants of a former candle (wax) exist in the basket, meaning this particular figure was likely used as a candle holder. Made by Darren Perkins in the 1970s, this would be a lovely addition to any collection or Halloween decor.
