Handset and base are black plastic and are in good condition. The dialing, receiving calls functions work and phone does ring. There are some light scratches and scuff marks in finish. Imprinted in head set is Bell System Property; Not for Sale; Western Electric. Imprinted on plastic base is Bell System; Western Electric. On the bottom of metal phone base is printed C/D; 500; 7 – 70. Stamped into metal base is Bell System Property; Not for Sale. Has original handset cord and original line wire with 4-prong plug. There are no visible breaks, but does have some grime. There are some light scratches on dial from age and use. This phone has a clear plastic finger wheel and the dial card in center is not an original.
