Description: Vintage Western BSA Boy Scout Fixed Blade Bird & Trout Knife L48 1950's w/Sheath. From the estate of the original owner. He was a Boy Scout and acquired it in the late 1950's. 4" blade on this small hunter. Needs a sharpening but otherwise the knife itself is in good condition with only some light pitting. 1095 carbon steel blade. Original square knot embossed leather sheath was dry and mink oiled to help preserve it. Snap still works. Nice early Western L48 WES08BS 1956-70. Free insured shipping top the lower 48.
